greatfountainI've only watched the first episode so far (has anyone seen the movies? are they good?) but holy shit I love fresh tokusatsu series *___* (only partially because I only recognize half the scenery rather than pretty much all of it :D;;)

There's a bit too much green screen for my tastes, honestly, but the CG work is otherwise awesome (especially compared to some other stuff) and the acting was solid and I'm interested *_____*
So in summary, WATCH DAIMAJIN WITH ME F-LIST ;____; there are only like four or five episodes out yet, and it's getting subbed by Bad Wolf!

My guess is that it's such a kaijuu series it can be hard for people to get into? Giant monsters aren't everyone's cup of tea, and the Ultramen still kinda look like they're in the 70s sometimes XD

Happily, most of the Ultraman series have official subs :D the suit designs can get so confusing when I've gone a while without watching anything XD the only ones I know know are, like, Mebius and Dyna and the original and Seven, the rest are a giant mass of CRAP I KNOW YOU BUT WHICH ONE AAAARE YOOOOOU ;____; they start looking alike less when there's only one in a series at a time :>
