I try not to pull too much out of my ass when it comes to siblings, and they make for good plot devices so I did some research to see if there were any I could find. Besides Mikoshiba's sister in the first episode, we don't hear nor see anything of any of their siblings.
Touko kisses him once in the manga. It's during episode 9, where she's bitching about the other schools talking about Futago?? Aniya promised her he'd take to the Koshien, and blahblahblah flirting then she kisses him. ((...the Aniya/Mikoshiba interaction that occurs after that cancels out one Touko!kiss, though. XD))
Their drama selves have better things to do than each other.
