Yoko slips under Aiba's covers at 2:30 AM. He hooks his arm around Aiba's middle, waking him up with the sudden weight of him, and dips his knees into the gap behind Aiba's thighs. Then Aiba squawks, and drags his knees up toward his chest, away from Yoko. "Your feet are freezing," he complains, and Yoko grumbles into Aiba's ear as he shifts around until he's pressed closer on the top half and the icicles that are his toes are safely away from Aiba's extremities.

Yoko's toes are freezing, and his fingers, looping loosely around the bare skin of his elbow, are just chilly enough that Aiba has to fish for them, rubbing them together between his palms. Yoko breathes warm on his cheek, and then presses his noise to Aiba's neck. That's even colder, and Aiba shrieks, batting him away; they get no more sleep that night.
